Basic Sciences department was established on 1st September 2010.Earlier it was a part of Humanities and Basic Sciences Department. The department of Basic Sciences was formed by combining the faculty of Physics, Chemistry and Environmental Studies. At present the department consists of 12 Teaching staff and 4 Non teaching staff. The department is headed by Dr.T.Charan singh , having a 16 years of experience in teaching including a 10 years of overseas teaching. This department has established Laboratories with ultra modern , highly supportive infrastructure along with Audio-Video & Internet based simulations, that facilitates comfortable experimentation to the students.
