G.Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Science (For Women), sponsored by G.Pulla Reddy Charities Trust was started on 15th December 1997. Sri G.Pulla Reddy was an eminent business man of great integrity and impeccable reputation. His business of vending sweets of surpassing taste and purity has earned him a celebrity status all over Andhra Pradesh. Though a man of minimum qualification he become an educationist par excellence by starting a number of educational institutions of varied dimensions in Kurnool and Hyderabad. He was the Chairman of G.Pulla Reddy Charities Trust and under his pragmatic guidance G.Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Science (for women) has recorded phenomenal growth in a short span of time. On 15th December 1997 he started an Engineering College for women with the key notion of uplifitng the role of women in soceity and empowering them with an increasing awareness. G.Pulla Reddy Charities Trust soon became a pioneer in establishing a chain of Institutions exclusively for women.
