Roles and Responsibilities of committee members
- President (HOD, ECE Department): President of the committee will identify the Faculty Advisors, Vice- President, Secretory, Joint Secretory, Treasurer and Committee members. Also instructs the faculty advisors to conduct various events in the department throughout the year.
- Faculty Advisors: Supporting President in electing all the student committee members, planning events and dates of the events coordinating with president and all levels of student committee, organizing the events with all the facilities required for the events. Preparing circulars and announcing winners list for individual events and finally summarizing the events in coordination with Vice- President, Secretory, Joint Secretory, Treasurer and committee members in a single report.
- Vice- President: Helps Faculty advisor in planning and organizing the events in coordination with Secretory, Joint Secretory, Treasurer and committee members.
- Secretory: Helps Faculty advisor and Vice President in planning and organizing the events in coordination with Joint Secretory and committee members of each section.
- Joint Secretory: Helps Vice President and Secretory in organizing the events in coordination with committee members of each section.
- Treasurer: All the financial aspects functioning under the advisory of president and faculty coordinators are taken care for events whenever required.
- Committee members: Two Committee members from each section helps in communicating with their sections in all respect like sending circulars of events, encouraging to participate in the events and clarifying any doubts related to events Procedure. Also helps in collecting attendance of the participants in each event.
