Objectives
- To provide opportunity to SC/ST students in the institute to reorient themselves in the light of emerging employment opportunities.
- To empower SC/ST students by providing special skill trainings apart from regular study.
- To enhance the skills of SC/ST students with the help of modules on communication, personality development and proficiency in English language.
About SPDC
The Institute has created Skill and Personality Development program Centre (SPDC) which is sponsored/ funded by AICTE under the scheme of Quality Improvement Scheme (AQIS) for the year 2019-20 as a central facility that will conduct skill and personality development training for the SC/ST students of our institution. The SPDC scheme provides opportunity to SC/ST students in the institute to reorient and empower themselves in the light of emerging employment opportunities at all levels.
The Centre is equipped with High-end computers, printers, projectors etc. required for learning. To strengthen the overall personality and employability of SC/ST students, the training programs on communication skills and technical skills are conducted regularly.
