Dr. B. Venkateshulu obtained B.Tech in 1989 in Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.Tech in 1994 and Ph.D. from JNTU Hyderabad in 2013. He has a rich teaching experience of 31 years & worked in prestigious Engg. Colleges. He has published 23 papers in National & International Scopus indexed journals, IEEE conference proceedings. He has published 4 patents and authored 2 research-based books & 2 lab primers to his credit.
He is a member of ISTE, CSI, IETE, IE. He is a member of Colloquium in dept. of ECE, JNTUH and a fellow member at IETE Hyderabad R&D division. He has delivered guest lectures at MNCs such as Wipro, Virtusa etc. He was the placement officer in GNITS during 2012-15. He conducted ‘Design of Small Satellites’ in association with Engg. Staff College of India and Institution of Engineers. He played a key role in establishing two research-based labs in the department of ECE with HFSS software and Texas Instruments based Innovation center in the field of Internet of things and embedded systems. He also played a key role in establishing MoUs with Texas Instruments university program (Edgate Technologies), Ineda systems Pvt Ltd for product testing in GNITS, Navstar Integrated systems, Big Wig Technologies for consultancy QMax Pvt Ltd. He was a part of the design team for developing consultancy project on sanitizer during the pandemic. He established the department of ECE as the coordinating center for the outreach program under IIRS of ISRO.
He was the convener for ECE dept for conducting International conference in GNITS during 2019-20 and convener for the international virtual conference during Nov 2020. He was also a convener for 5 AICTE/ATAL sponsored workshops. He guided a project which bagged 17 Lakhs prize money in International Hackathon in Asian region. He is guiding a research scholar. He got the sanction of 37.12 lakhs from AICTE funding. He got the sanction of state of art technology based 2 x 2 MIMO and Vector Network Analyzer worth Rs.22.5 Lakhs in the Center of Excellence of Antenna Radiation Pattern Analysis.
